the floors were soaking wet and dangerous near the pool area, and the kids were running throughout the building till at least 11 pm, where were the

amenities are great, gym and pool clean and laundry has new machines

the other issue i had was parking

staff, clean rooms, 24/7 hot drinks available with good quality tea, hot breakfast, everything was

were leaving by 4:15am, so i asked if there may be a to go breakfast that we may have in the morning at checkout

parking directions might have helped at first

it also had a great breakfast

lack of parking and staff was not friendly at all

only 2 handicap parking spaces, not much variety for breakfast

nearby, large and comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, west bend city is really nice, many parking

the parking in front should accommodate handicapped

member staying with our group slipped and fell on ice and we were told there wasn t ice in the parking lot and any incident report had to be filled out with the police and not the property

didn't serve any breakfast like they say

pool and spa looked nice

it faced right into the parking lot where it was lit up like a bad guys compound when the hero gets caught

the staff was very accommodating and the room service were excellent.

motel was more like a hotel and had breakfast, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool, i was very pleased and will stay again

good food an swining pool very clean it be nice if the had like a pool slide for the pool an more chair an also we can

eating lunch, i accidentally drove the wrong way on the one way street to get back into the hotel parking lot

also, the pool is pretty small and there is no hottub, so it can get pretty crowded quickly

the full kitchenette was amazing

when i called for room service they were closed 20 minutes early

room service seemed like we were an annoyance... for ordering room service :

the pool was very nice and the room was very clean

breakfast had plenty of options, basic but good variety of hot and cold items

then when i did go to my room, the room service must have come in one more time and removed the waterpark wristbands which required

access the adjoining restaurant for room service

you would have to order via room service, and i thought it was a little pricey

beautiful shower with loads of room has just one teeny, tiny shelf just big enough for a bar of soap so no room for shampoo, conditioner, etc

the bar was nice, just wish they gave out a chip for the free drink to all adults not just one
