the pool bar wasn't open - but there was another bar at the hotel that was open 24/7

put their room service food out of room from sat to sun and at 11:30 am on sunday still in floor when room

we are 4 people, we just got two towels and when we asked for the third and fourth towel at room service it arrived around an hour and a half later because there were not available towels
