as i went to park my car the owner again came running out to tell me to move my car from one parking spot to another so her son could park there

clean, neat, easy parking / room access.

the location was reasonably good, check-in was smooth, ample parking

wifi was not good. it was pricey but we we're there on the weekend before 'eclipse'.
