uncomfortable, lack of parking, wasn't told it was 2 floors w steep staircase @ no elevator, breakfast not ready on time,

the dinner and breakfast were gourmet and were yummy

no room service available to my room

need to have menus and instructions for room service in the room

we did not need room service but when we asked the lady on our floor to fill towels and take our trash she did so

the staff was friendly and room service was awesome

the pizza from room service was terrible but the burger was great

get back that night the manager was in the lobby with friends and she told the girl to have us a late check out for the next day

has a nice pool and my kids enjoyed it
