i arrived with a 4 yr old and a baby at 8pm and lee from reception sorted us out with room service and ensured we had everything we needed

she managed to arrange room service for some food for me as my husband was unwell and i couldn't leave him to go

was rather perculiar as people were still eating food in the dining room, she said we could have room service which made matters worse as surely the drinks come from the same bar, so instead of
