run hotel, daily room service, no effort to much for the owner, nice and tidy, conveniently located near supermarket

room was very clean and room service was excellent

i personal saw the owner walking the parking lot several times checking on things

parking was right in front of my room

kids liked the pool

wifi is a little slow

room smelled like cigarettes and could hear everything happening outside until 1am with kids shouting and a man walking up and down the parking lot with no shoes and shirt

did not use pool but ot was clean and

explained the process for requesting breakfast the night before, to include our selections and room service delivery time - both days, our deliveries were right on time and the breakfast meals

in the future, i think that we should not offer room service and tell someone that the kitchen will bring it and then i speak to another desk clerk
