that's usually in the front lobby wasn't there and extremely disgusted and disappointed with a room service order of an appetizer platter we ordered the whole thing was an edible was horrible

they were not offering room service. i'm sure it was due to staffing which is understandable.

the pool and whirlpool were broken and the bar was closed

lot of noise i was on a floor where kids were running around the hallway most of the night

i had three kids waiting several hours to be able to use the pool

and face towels when i asked for some more they said they didn t have any it was only one tiny bar of soap i had to go to meier and buy everything they didn t have the pool didn t work we

rarely any disturbance due to kids running around or loud music

the pool being closed by 10pm

also their breakfast was very impressive not just standard cereal eggs and maybe a couple pieces of bacon they
