front desk who checked us in was very professional and provided all the information we needed (breakfast, location of room, pool hours, etc) without us even having to ask (-)no waffles for breakfast :-( however the pancakes were good. (+)we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. excellent hot breakfast (+)very nice staff,clean room, nice variety at breakfast. (+) the breakfast was delicious (+)excellent breakfast (+) 2) best free breakfast in ft (+)very clean perfect temps hot tub and indoor pool area excellent tasty healthy breakfast (+)breakfast bar met pre-pandemic standards

outside key card access on pool door on the river side does not work.

the breakfast bar could use some breakfast potatoes and maybe bacon.

best hotel in pierre. good restaurant an site that offers room service. nice breakfast.

the pool could be deeper, but the hot tub was huge

the pool had so much chlorine my kids started to cough and couldn't breathe so we had to leave.

the pool is definitely for smaller kids
