location , pool and great restaurant although pricey for dinner breakfast at poolside

great piano bar and the food was perfect

at answering questions over the phone pre arrival- we arrived in an rv and there was ample parking and allowed for me to park for 3 days

site parking lot can become difficult to navigate if several large vehicles are parked poorly

bonus: the onsite piano bar was very entertaining

however, would have liked more cuban food on the pool and room service menu

the room was clean, due to covid-19 there was no housekeeping service but room service was good

we ordered room service twice and the breakfast was cold and the pancakes didnt include butter or syrup

locks and bagel room service breakfast took over an hour to arrive and consisted of a cold toasted bagel with

very clean, 24/7 room service. loved our bartender at the hotel bar

i do not like no room service during g stay

room service next door from mulligan's was quick within 15 minutes each time we ordered

staff was very friendly and helpful the room service was very good, the pool was clean and just big enough

so the mornings after there was no room service all i had was d-caf and had to walk down to the 1st floor lobby to get high-test

also the room service delivery fee and 20% gratuity automatically added was a bit too much for me

parking who lost my car twice,, restaurants that do not offer side plates, apparently no bread or room service, to the non existent room service - absolutely not the kimpton that i am use too

overlooking the beach, room service was terrific, everyone friendly

this is not a complain but a suggestion, please add small cereal boxes to the options for the kids to have downstairs as part of the to-go breakfast options you guys have

the gym equipment was awesome for a hotel

pool furniture needs to be replaced

found several screws in the parking lot and was not able to park since the lot was full

they also tried to charge a pet fee for a service animal even though we had already showed them is service animal card

comfy bed, nice breakfast. friendly workers.

oh and right by the outlet stores :) parking had great

i didn t like anything about the property other than the parking lot.

don`t tell that you have parking for 18th wheeler because you don`t have

they sell it has a deluxe pool view room but every room as a pool view

looks like they were faded quite a bit other than that great location it's lit up brightly in the parking lot there is no theft there is no problems no noise very quiet nice little motel prices

no room service came to make up beds or change towels

i loved the pool. they rooms were very clean.

my room was small but for the value it is ok i was sadden when i went to wash my clothes in the laundrymat, all the machines were gone, i did not get a least a notice per visitor had to go out

well during our stay definitely would recommend clean nothing out of place and great room

was no room service i had to go to the front to go collect what i needed

may be every where but i do not like that we have to request room service and towels

pool could stay open just a little longer. microwave did not work.
