no sunday room service

was the worst place i have ever stayed in, there was only one set of towels in room i called room service never got a answer so i went to front desk and was told the hotel had none

my room was dirty, so i called room service to get it cleaned and they said they had no one to come up

pool area was heated but it was so cold out side that it wasn't really warm it was just bearable

the room service......i could not get any.

next the first day into our anniversary the toilet broke down and room service dint clean our room the front desk said you have to ask for it

also room service came at like 8:30 am to take out the trash which is just too early

was old and dirty i didn't get my room serviced not once even after asking
