we liked the pool/waterpark area, the trampoline park and arcade, and the outside activities.

i liked how the water park didn't stink like chlorine and it was very clean

was cold in the building (like when you were walking around) and the parking lot (near entrance) is awkwardly placed (-) you could hear people walking out in the hallway all the way down to the parking lot from the 3rd floor (+)complimentary coffee. good parking. (-)made it a loud environment plus so close to the highway and got a flat tire do to stuff in the parking

the room service attendants were very nice and accommodating

i'm sure due to chovid things were closed like the restaurant and the room service menu was limited but fee was waived

no room service even though there is a restaurant and coffee shop on site.

i really appreciated the quality of the restaurant food offered for room service

would be nice if the parking stalls were assigned to the room they are in front of so there weren't other people right

was left on the room prior to us staying, parking filled up fast had to park across street which wasn t horrible

the beds were very comfortable, and the morning continental breakfast was very good and included delicious hot items, too

next to the main lobby is a large bar that served small snack type foods and then right next to that was a restaurant and then right

the pool area was nice but pretty dirty

was hidden parking wasn t that great and there were no signs to find the main entrance

the pool is small, so if you are looking for a pool to swim in, this may not be your hotel
