good, clean room with excellent room service.
breakfast was ok as far as hot breakfast they only had waffles.
was very accommodating, when requesting early check in
no problem with a late check out as well

except one gentle men that we talked to when ordering room service he was very rude just hanged up on us when we ordered the food and didn t let us

my only issue was the communication between the restaurant room service and the front desk staff

called three different times to get room service and no one even answered

room service would have been the icing on top of a fantastic hotel ! :) oh'and valet service. :)

our room service was carried into the elevator and food was uncovered

the gentlemen that checked us in to the people in the restaurant, to the individuals who provided room service
ha d s restaurant and a bar so we didn t have to go anywhere but there and the old forge pizza was excellent
the jacuzzi was also really cold and little kids were trying to swim in it which is really dangerous
not sure if the parking lot is getting re done but the pavement is a mess
to rent them in i was going to rent it but they didn't have any the wifi was trash as well so my kids was a little unhappy
