room service came by one time (the first night)during our two night stay (-)were charged by mistake for someone else's room service meal (-)no room service (-)i didn't like the lack of food on the menu for room service. (-) also, having 1 waiter for both the dining room and room service delivery, we had to wait very long to get checked out (+)room service was excellent (+)and soft bed, tubless shower, snacks and drinks in the premium rooms, blackout curtains, room service was quick (-)my room wasn't clean, i wasn't told that i had to request for clean towers and room service (-)room service only came once in the 4 days i was there (-) called for room service, was told i needed to go down to get

they have a very beautiful lobby and the indoor pool was a plus

were having an event at hotel i addition to being at capacity and there was no parking ode

parking was an issue we had to park around back and then that wasnt monitored with security
