the pool was clean and so was the hot tub

breakfast was good

change the wifi password every day and its a pain in the butt, when your staying for a week

depleted breakfast buffet , no working wifi, lumpy mattress, non functional air conditioner

the location, parking was good, room was good size, love when the sink and the shower/toilet are separate, nice

loose wire for cable strung across wall .. no room service ... cable reception was terrible...

i thoroughly enjoyed my time there, i had no issues, with wifi, or any of the amenities, i loved the mirrors (no they are not two way mirrors) the bed was (-) i will say though, if there is anything, i do wish there was a password to the wifi, but it was fine i had no issues, and i had my own security measures so no biggie (-)wifi did not work well (-)wifi didn't work well. (-)shower didn't drain well and slow wifi. (-) would have liked to have wifi included (-)no breakfast no wifi no connectivity fb or s usb port. (-)half of the building (all the street had this problem), so there was no light in the bathroom and wifi wasn t working (-)shower was not working wifi was weak tiles of bathroom was broken (+) there was wifi and breakfast provided

number of parking spots for your car in the immediate vicinity (less than 100 yards) of the hotel was limited (-)parking, only about 10 spots on site and than you had to park in city lots, which were almost (+) the parking was so easy and free and we even could use the pass in multiple lots (-)parking was very poor (+) free parking outside close to building (-)parking was a little challenging, but not bad (+) once we parked in the free parking lot we didn't need the car until we departed (-)the parking but that is common in that area. (-)parking is an issue, but not a huge problem (-) one last item is the parking lot could have been plowed, so the parking spaces would be safe

the security elevator system was excellent and parking behind the hotel felt secure

location was great to all the downtown and bar and restaurant in the hotel which was really nice

had coffee bar and refrigerator

music in bar area. decor. breakfast station

we enjoyed the bar were we could sit and have a drink

room service was fast (and delicious) (+)for 3 days , requested room service the second 2 prior to me leaving for the entire day

pool/hot tub area was awesome

the kids had a great time with the pool, arcade and bb court was a huge hit

the pool was amazing, the kids loved the indoor/outdoor hot tub. breakfast was top notch!

the inside leading to the outside jacuzzis as well as the home cooked breakfast!

pool was nice and clean

not use the wifi, had to request sheets for the pull out sofa bed but, no real complaints

it is also very close to the kal-haven trail; cyclists can use the back roads from the hotel parking area to reach the trail, but walkers will have to drive to the trail head
