hard to get out of parking lot because of traffic

breakfast was a plus. kitchen was nice to have.

i appreciated having laundry facilities and a gym on site

when i called to ask for the wifi password i was told it was on my room key sleeve

was looking forward to the pool and hot tub, which were empty and has been for over two years

we had a room on the 1st floor so easy access and parking was close

the parking issue staff takes up 3 spots where there are 4

the double bed suite has a kitchenette and very spacious

no stove or real kitchenette thought it had it when i booked the stayy

decent location and well-lot parking lot.

there was a personal coffee maker, the room service was there to clean on time

missed the shuttle twice, not recognizing it without a logo

the breakfast was excellent too

the way to the hotel it took 40 minutes to get to the hotel, since the shuttle bus was running late

booked last minute, got a great price, very friendly receptionists, the shuttle service worked great

shuttle worked well, reception was very forthcoming, room spacious, clean and equipped with

particularly liked the manager, who was very helpful both in getting the shuttle to the hotel as well as check-in, which was quick
