pat greeted us with a smile immediately after we arrived in the parking lot which made us feel welcome and comfortable

is not a five star hotel but it was clean, people were very nice, good parking and served my purpose very well

i had called because i drive a tour bus and parking at hotels is always an issue

the outside and parking area is very well lit

wifi password was incorrect

the pool was open

saw an attractive pool area but did not use it

also the morning lady thst gave out breakfast boxes was not friendly at all worse employee there

breakfast was included through

the location, beautiful view and pool, also the staff was very friendly.

room service doesn t always answer the

i did not like the room service

room service had several items missing took over 2 hours to resolve messed up or entire 1 full day
