room service line never pick up'

ordered a cobb salad from room service and despite verifying contents, it arrived without chicken

was understandable that there was no room service

didn't receive room service

not the best room service

back parking lot had holes.

they found it and got it to us before we left the parking lot

parking lot needed a lot of work.

laundry facilities were very handy

the variety for breakfast

room service was supposed to be until ten pm but stopped by

my stay was for 2 days, i requested room service and no one came up to my room.

no room service, no 24 hr coffee or tea availability.

location modern location and professional staff, though i did not get the room service i requested

kids used the pool and i used the workout room

wonderful pool and hot tub open super early and late, lots of towels

very clean, super comfortable, love the location, and best breakfast choices.

at the property at 8 pm there was not a single light on in the whole place and 1 car in the parking lot

the door, which opened directly to the parking lot, did not have an additional chain lock on the door

wifi was only accessible in the lobby

parking lot was full of potholes there were long term people there outside making noise all night

cats dogs children playing in the parking lot

thought it was very clean and very nice helpful staff as well as prompt when need service room service was very

free parking was also a plus

there were only 3 cars in parking lot and 4 or 5 men were hanging outside the corner of the hotel

the free parking at the hotel makes it easy

i wish the pool had been open a little longer at night, but overall, i had an enjoyable stay and will

clean, center of town, great indoor pool, quiet, staff was very attentive!

pool was refreshing and the staff very accommodating. bed comfortable and location great!
