dinner service in the restaurant was very poor, we couldn't wait any longer to eat so we ordered room service

on the bright side we order room service and the lady on the phone was really nice and attentive and the food was ok

the booking indicated that breakfast was included, but at check-in i was told it is only offered on weekends

the elevator was broken, we couldn't make the tv work and the breakfast lacked nutrients
