room service even came in the very next day to clean the room and made my bed

room service was just ok - little hard to eat yogurt without a spoon

good quality hotel, clean and enough parking for my pick up truck and trailer

like the fact that the kids ran up and down the halls all day and in the evening andplayed in the pool late at night

pool and hot tub looked very nice, didn't use them though

pool area was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. overall, we would stay again.

the hotel restaurant it s self was great, we enjoyed their happy hour deals and a delicious breakfast

they didn t monitor the gym and people were dropping heavy weights at midnight friday night

parking lot needs work

kids hang out in the parking lot, a little nervous getting in and out of the car

parking. if you have a trailer or truck, no adequate parking.

the surroundings, we did not feel safe. weird gatherings in the parking lot.

outside could use some cleaning up - walkways, parking lot

great amenities like hot breakfast and free shuttle service to surrounding areas

kitchen sink very slow to drain

the pool does not have sun during the morning

found several roaches in the kitchen and next to the ac return

lack of effort for guest needs had to wait almost a hour 30 minutes for new sheets and blanket room service does not come into your room until the third day of staying the room guest phone didnt

it took room service to long to clean and tidy up rooms.

breakfast was great - best hampton breakfast in a while. clean, coffee was wonderful!!!

i liked that they had a fitness room and free 24/7 coffee

someone picked up the trash i'd seen in the parking lot and actually put it on the hood of my car
