our only let down was the fact that we are huge on room service

we had multiple wrong orders of room service, we would try to order in spanish be asked to wait for someone to take our order in

any service from room service is forgotten or delayed by an hour, and half of the times even bring you things you

room service food comes wraped in foil paper, thats not fair in a hotel with these specs...

it was raining a bit during our stay and water was all over the floor in our room we asked room service to clean it and they did it very fast
