no room service with my 2 days stay

i did not like the lack of room service

it was affordable and the kids loved the pool

morning coffee for free. enough parking spots. comfortable beds.

when i asked if there was room service, she offered to give me accommodations (blankets) on the spot (for my grandma) and

because we checked in after 7pm, our room card would not open the laundry room or the fitness center until the next morning

also, many items in the gym were broken
