room service was very behind and slow and didn't perform up to par
under 2 feet of snow in a tarp for an entire month before, so it really wasn't worthy of calling room service; but for the price
breakfast was amazing! bed were great too. kids loved glass elevators, and room service
room service was good but it took 30 min for someone to answer just to place an order
also, we tried calling room service it for a couple of hours and no one answered the phone

hotel was beautiful inside, very tastefully decorated rooms and spacious lobby/breakfast area
that the breakfast buffet was closed but that was due to covid.
breakfast was off things were cold and location was different but room was
plenty of parking spaces, close to interstate, there is a holiday inn express right next door, and is
ev charging and proximity to interstate.

i booked our room i thought i booked the same style room like i did on our last stay with the spa tub by our bed but it wasn't, it was much smaller and in

the kids didnt get the opportunity to swim d/t scheduled swimming times
