the breakfast via room service not good and very expensive

room service was not picking up food and dishes all through the halls

no room service first day despite being away from room from 9am to 1pm

plates and trays used for in-room service didn t keep the food hot

stayed 3 nights and only got room service once the whole stay, the first night we got back while they were cleaning and were

room service could be every day, we had clean towels nearly everyday but maybe a quick sweep and

pool was beautiful, warm and relaxing

the wifi was spotty at best

i found the parking on the hill somewhat difficult

staff was one woman and very nice and was able to accommodate my early check in

plenty of parking and easy drive to get to the beach

asked for no room service and room was serviced when i specifically called and requested only resupply of towels

my kids slept on a fold out sofa, we had to ask for bedding and extra towels

fully appreciated the self-serve tea/espresso bar in lieu of the normal terrible coffee in the room

we didn t use the kitchen but it was gorgeous

the shared kitchen lobby area was a plus for coffee, tea, water and snacks

heated pool and the huge bath tub

it would be nice to have access to the pool for the price

valets/front desk personnel, to the exceptional food and service in the dining room and quality spa services, our every need was met

is only mid-may so pool area was not open but still could look a little better

the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to our day

breakfast as mentioned above and a prettier shower wouldve been nice!

lots of walking around upstairs early in morning and also could hear kids running around outside

checked in late and we were happy to have our keys/parking decal and instructions in the small mailbox outside

the breakfast could have had more options, but there are several places nearby if you want more than

air conditioning, alarm clock radios, in-room telephones, refrigerator, microwave, dehumidifier, room service, etc

being able to get room service was wonderful

had room service to the room which was nice when it was getting late and didnt want to go out to eat

quaint rooms. room service food was fantastic!
