the room: a/c was a bit noisy, bathroom towels were too limited, not much information about the room service or the hotel restaurant

juan carlos at the front desk and andrea at the cafeteria/room service were outstanding

i ordered room service, vegetable soup and napoletana pasta

you could not order lunch at your grand cafe and had to wait till 20h00 before you could order room service

no restaurant only limited bar food

the breakfast in the restaurant too pricey so we opted for the cheaper ‘cafe ‘ opposite (in the

easy to get to and from, with an amazing pool and a nice cosy spa

we did not use the spa facilities but we may do this if we return to this hotel
