we were a little confused about room service and the restaurant

and the room service was very nice

room service was very behind and slow and didn't perform up to par

also, we tried calling room service it for a couple of hours and no one answered the phone

and she was trying to wait all tables and deliver food to rooms so it took extra time to get our room service because the restaurant was full of people

complimentary breakfast and drinks and snacks, clean room, and comfortable bed, good room service, very polite and nice staff

they say you can get room service but its not actually offered.
