we had room service change out the sheets and that helped alot
had an hour and the room service opened the door not even a knock
room service was awesome
one had knocked on my door at 8am for room service which is strange because that is too early
i liked the pool area and cleanliness around there

room service staff and receptionist when i check out were friendly and nice and seemed like they
the only thing went wrong, didn t get my room service..
clean, quiet and comfortable. loved the decor. would like a bar and room service
gym was good, and so was pool/jacuzzi

hotel is very nice, the rooms comfortable, they should improve breakfast hours and room
the beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was perfect
super clean breakfast was great just need to include buttery biscuits with gravy

what i liked the most is that their main breakfast dish changes each day

no umbrellas by pool but maintenance eventually brought 1 out for us

the pool and restaurants close by, beach
pool looked like it hadn t been cleaned
the room was very clean. the beds were comfortable ave the kids really enjoyed the pool.

bed spread smelt dirty . couldn't get tv to work right . the parking was a little crowded
wifi sucks. couldn t connect to wifi my whole trip

no iron no phone no room service , hair on sheets, cleaned my self
or utensils, the blow dryer didn t work, dead bugs on floor, only put clean towels in room, room service left dirty bath mat and beds not made, people partying on outside of 2nd floor, stove
the room was clean and room service was always on time great price for the location.
the breakfast was great! quiet place, nice staff, comfy beds, room upgrade from pictures on web.
