we did not need room service but when we asked the lady on our floor to fill towels and take our trash she did so

the pizza from room service was terrible but the burger was great

i went to get breakfast in the breakfast room and there wasn't much

on there are not accurate for example,no pool,i didn't notice working vending/ ice machine nor breakfast options,just coffee

the front entrance was covered in scaffolding and we had to find a way in by the pool

although the weather was extremely hot, the outdoor pool water was refreshing & surprisingly cool

the pool out couch was dirty. the pool was freezing and really dirty.

just not sure why there wasn't any room service, no one came to make our bed or tidy the room and take rubbish away

the pool was very clean. hotel smelled like laundry soap/clean. friendly staff and locals.
