can say is that i stayed in one of the premium rooms in the back of the complex, their driveways/parking area in our section was long and narrow, with not really any space to
it was very close to snow summit and had great parking
it felt like it was right out of a fairytale story the view from the porch was beautiful and parking was easy to find which was convenient

we tried doing room service and the restaurant kept picking up and hanging up on us
was no food at all they close mid-week can t even get room service, then to top it off they don t have hot water after being on the mountain all day
no room service for anything and pool closed. not cool
they advertised room service online and in the in-room materials, when we tried to order there was no room service
no room service was offered

it was near local shops and restaurants. parking was right bear the room.
there is a small kitchen so you can even cook if you want
was nearby very comfortable stay spacious room easy parking my family really fell in love with the place and will definitely be coming
we got the family room cottage it didnt come with a mini kitchen like i thought but that is the room i picked i just missed that detail

yes, it snows, deal with the parking or stay home
location was great, it is a very spacious with 2 rooms a full kitchen and living room
it would be nice if the daylight bright lights in the parking and facing the yard area could be dimmed, pointed directly down, or turned off at night
