there is no restaurant on site or room service and the room needs updating (ie bathtub paint was peeling) (-) i did not get any room service the next day for my bed (+)pleasant staff professional, calm, smiling, helpfull especially girls taking care of room service (-) floor was extremely cold no kleenex no face cloth no room service no restaurant in the hotel not enough choice in the binder to order (+), it was inconvenient to go down to desk get it and return to room ,would of been better for room service or opened restraunt on premises (-) it was almost impossible to get in the room reception didnt answer most of the time no room service did not have utensils, plates, spices, or such that they could provide outdoor pool (-) no room service (-)property did not have any on site restaurant or room service (-)body oudor coming from the room service, and cleaning staff (-)never told i needed to ask for room service

with young kids it only gave us 45 minutes to use

wifi was lacking

the location and vue to the water,breakfast was good the pool was perfect for kids price was ok

the restaurant and beach bar offered delicious food and drinks, perfect for a relaxing getaway
