wifi signal was poor with separate codes for different floors but we had connection problems

the wifi was almost non existent, there was no parking and we choose a quiet room and were placed

was tired, outdated and needing a revamp, few of the light bulbs worked and though there was wifi on each level, the signal in our room was non-existent

great service throughout, staff all very friendly. bar man very good, so were the tapas.

and bar staff are so helpful and patient with the language

reception staff, to daytime bar staff, to midnight bar staff, always pleasant and attentive

no kettle,, although cafe was open 24hrs, we didn't want to have to get dressed to go down to the bar first thing

staff in the hotel and the bar were very nice and helpful. food was also good and quick.
