had booked the hotel to use the spa which was out of order when we arrived

there was also a lack of late night room service food (we arrived at 11pm starving but didn t want a sit down (+) for instance, the room service prepared a bed before sleeping, they placed a little comfy bedding on the floor that (+) the cafe bar had a great atmosphere but could offer a small snack menu as the room service menu between 12 noon and 5 (-)room service food was awful i ve eaten in a few of the restaurants at this hotel as we have a

price was on the high side considering breakfast was included and drinks were also on the high side, but paying the price for a 5*

slow service at breakfast but we were charged half price for all four of us for the one cooked breakfast, so full

waiting staff were quite slow and no one checked around the pool to see if people wanted drinks/food

weather was not at its best so we didn t get to try the walks, or enjoy the garden or outdoor pool - it s a great reason to return
