it was my daughters bday and staff was really helpful and patient with all the kids that we had

s an included breakfast, however compared to comparable hotels in the area, the breakfast options are very few

breakfast could of been a bit better

it made me nervous for my kids

the room service was great and fast and the was hot and delicious

additionally, i saw left over room service outside of doors for more than 12 hours

except for room service menu

the freshness , pool / gym ... most of all cleanliness

the cheeseburger in the lounge and the kids loved the pool
