the place is centrally located plus, there's a cozy little restaurant in the back of the parking lot (brick's river cafe) next to the medina river (-)parking. when the restaurant was open, it was difficult to get a spot to park. (-)restaurant is very popular with the locals so many of the parking spaces for motel residents get taken up during breakfast and dinner forcing motel patrons (+)was nice and the parking was right outside our room door (+)safe parking , close to downtown . (+)the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast across the parking lot each morning.
