room service excellent, food excellent

were lovely, decor in the hotel was lovely, service was perfect, all very friendly, breakfast and room service food was exceptional, i would love to go

staff were lovely even the room service staff friendly when they met you on corridor

also bar staff were rude when enquiring about food & said room service was still available which reception then told us it wasn t

ordered room service but there was missing sandwiches which were shown on the bill - the waiter came later
