(-) nobody explained that we needed to request room service for making the bed or brining fresh towels (-)room service meal . (-)poor quality breakfast no daily room service paltry bathroom supplies - one tiny bottle of shower gel for two adults for two (-)handicap parking or help unloading the car or room service to the room
arrived, we didn t have to venture back out: food at the tavern was great and my son loved the pool
spa tub was no jet power at all

there are two buildings on site and you have to drive between them, but there is ample parking at both places
poor wifi, could not use my ipad or connect my phone and when i did there was no data flow.
