have left a message for a manager an have not received a call back i had 5 kids 4 of them had red bumps all over an all 5 went to drs an diagnosed swimmers ear/ ear infection

pull out bed in the living room was broken, could let kids sleep in it

breakfast selections were skimpy and over the last hour the did not restock it very well

love the size of the rooms and the pool and fitness area are exceptional

we didn't use the kitchen, but it was very nice

clem, comfortable suit room with all we need to cook, nice gym, breakfast is ok and service too

was a large space ; the suite was like a mini apartment complete with full kitchen, pots, pans, utensil, etc

good breakfast rooms are big

room service woke us up both days at 8am and 8/20 the next day to clean our room
