i traveled there alone to see my daughter, i wanted to use the swimming pool with my daughter

lot of loud people in the parking lot after 11pm, talking/yelling excessively loud, cars revving their motors in parking lot

never figured out wifi - tried calling to find out

wifi is a little slow

lighting to get into parking lot could be better, especially since there are barriers and cones directing traffic

breakfast was goog

parking lot lights were all out, causing a safety hazard

convenient parking. big room. 4 pillows per bed. great breakfast.

breakfast items were only lukewarm including the coffee but we were there at 7:15am

room was very clean and room service was excellent

run hotel, daily room service, no effort to much for the owner, nice and tidy, conveniently located near supermarket

the lighting in the parking area is almost non existent i didn't feel safe staying there but i had already made the

just wished we had gotten to the hotel earlier and so we could have used the pool and checked out the area

pool was also a hit with the kids

room was very spacious, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the breakfast was great

the front desk to the comfort of the room was excellent very good hot breakfast kind and friendly

we enjoyed the fitness facility and the breakfast fare

too many complications on this trip from no cold water to no room service linen change to ac/heated not working properly

you serve breakfast and you didnt, room smell bad, the filter from the ac needs to be replaced, room service not the standard, anything else was ok

the kitchen was getting remodeled so there was bag breakfast

a strange masked guy roaming the parking lot made us very nervous it also seemed like people may live in the hotel

breakfast was great and the attendant at breakfast was friendly and made sure everything was clean

of the restaurants or bars were open we could not order room service the restaurants that were open closed super early or opened only for dinner

room service pizza was not great for the high price

with covid there was no room service, limited dining and grill was not open in water park to eat other then that it was

the gentlemen at the door and providing golf cart service were amazing

we loved the pool and walk way to the lake.
