tho we could not experience breakfast room service or the pool we loved it

there was no room service during our stay

beds were broken and room service to clean room never showed uo

was a fight in the parking lot just before 9am as my kids and i were coming back inside and i felt very unsafe, speeding car and two men going at it, i

was a security guard patrolling the parking lot and the gentleman working the front desk when we arrived at 11:00 pm was very friendly

location, safe area, beautiful indoor pool area and courtyard, and very nice, clean, comfortable rooms

my kids enjoy the pool when they are with us, especially our great granddaughter who also thinks room service is

the check in process was easy. the pool was nice.

pool was closed for renovation and the floor to our rooms, which was near the lobby smelled of weed

my kids went down to get breakfast and was not made aware of having to pay until after they made their

not working with your room keys , that was a little inconvenient, if breakfast was included then kids would have loved a lot

when we did allow the room service in our room, they only changed out the towels and made the beds

the hotel has everything you need. we appreciated the laundry and the gated parking.
