who escorted us to our cabin room and brought in our bags , brought us ice and made sure we got room service even though the kitchen was actually closing up

we ordered room service one night that came kind of cold, but it was a very busy valentines weekend

they need more quality ingredients and more variety in all their menus

not only were we not greeted by a check in staff, but we were forced to leave the parking lot due to criminal activity

they have the pool close but in the internet they don't put that

the staff was friendly… breakfast was good. beds and room were comfortable.

parking was limited and parking in back only had a side door.

i was with a child and was looking for a hotel with breakfast. when booking it said

very clean and had room service, restaurant, indoor pool and bar.

of the things that could be an inconvenience to even a burden for travelers was the parking situation

i pull up by myself to check in and the parking lot is full of 18 wheelers

they could have more breakfast items, muffins, etc.
