desk lady, caitlin, came over to the restaurant to help out when my 84-year-old mother called for room service

i did not use the pool or the gym but these facilities appeared a bit underwhelming by the eye test
and then i got this place for a relaxing weekend away from home w my kids due to house being exterminates, and here no the pool was not ready to be used even tho it is

website advertised pool was open got there and it wasnt.
parking lot is big, the location is close to the highway, and there are several restaurants nearby,
room heat didn't work and i didn't like to begin on the first floor parking lot was right and couldn't have the windows open
good breakfast. lots of choices.
