pool heater broken for a long time

pool was closed but everything else was great

pool, comfy beds, fresh linen, great breakfast

mold in the ceiling and non working pool.

pool does not open till 10 on a weekend which seems crazy

not enough chairs at the pool

i would have liked to have more options in the pool snack shop to choose from, not a ton of options for food offered without going out of the

enjoyed our time in the pool area.

loved the options in the pool area- something for everyone.

get that this is a water theme hotel, however, i feel like the indoor pool and the outdoor restroom floors should be maintained better

every since staff from valet, front desk, maintenance to pool staff made me feel welcome & like a family member coming home

everything and outside heated pool and entertainment.

wish you would do late night pool hours just adults like 10 to midnight

the indoor pool was good sized and there were several activities for kids

pool was closed, we were looking forward to the hot tub

pool was falling apart

pool was well maintained and didn’t make the entire hallway smell like chlorine like you’ll

breakfast was served at 7:00am and it would have been better if it were at 6:00…

the breakfast was mediocre, but it was better than our experience in durango’s fairfield inn
