we really enjoyed the hiking trails around the resort, the beautiful pool and the large bathtub

the pool area with 3 pools to choose from, music, food, umbrellas and a huge pool were great!

it was clean great staff quiet had great pool and price was ok.

check (they weren't being bad, just kids messing around and splashing, but there was a separate pool more suitable for that and parents did not correct them when they did splash other guests) (-)and some of the hotel staff were incredibly rude to the cosplayers, especially about the pool and photographs (+)hotel grounds, great/large pool area for adults and kids, excellent adherence to covid mandates, and large, comfortable room (+)loved location it was beautiful. loved pool area and frozen drinks a must!! service isn't currently available due to covid and the gym was a little hard to find

the servers are excellent and traffic around the bar is very well organized

the spa was absolutely delightful and the staff there were nurturing ,understanding, patient ,and

location, we were treated very well by the asian gentleman who checked us in, the pool/hot tub is closed (they said it needs work), breakfast is coffee, juice, sweet rolls, muffins,

i had booked the hotel because it has a pool, but it was closed, and this for a long time the receptionist said, it did not say on the

pool or jacuzzi or continental breakfast

brought my own cereal pool was shut down
