the pools are rather small, especially in our family s case where there is only one pool for children

this hotel has so many pools that they dont get crowded

the staff is nice, clean place and lots of pool locations, so you won't need to worry about finding pool lounges

we checked in we were asked to go to a separate desk to get our pool towels cards

stairs, we were immediately moved to a room which was closer to the elevator and closer to the pool and restaurants down to an exact same room in playa grande with a beautiful view of the resort

there were almost never any towels at the pool

staff were all friendly and attentive, and helped us enjoy our days with the pool and sunshine

location was great close to everyone i love how it had so many different restaurants, pool ,spa i could book activities very easily the stuff was very helpful they spoke great english

we saw whales several times during breakfast or while enjoying the pool in the late afternoon

so pool activities and any activity at all can be turned off or a bummer due to how cold it can get
