we went for pool towels over 6 times in a span of 4 hours and they never had any available

they seemed to make an effort with entertainment and we enjoyed the bubble pool party in the adults pool

we had no problems getting a chair at the pool or renting a cabana by the pool

our only down side was the lack of chairs for the guests by the pool.
