i fell by the pool with slippy drain water so maybe this could be resolved

the food was beautiful, pool and entertainment were also great for family s and the older ones

the pool area all clean and loungers disinfected between each use

was great, pool guy was amazing and done a very good job

we didn t use the full facilities but noticed the spa, pool and gym which all looked good with plenty of sun beds

indoor pool which is extra charge and called a spa was freezing cold how can you relax and chill in cold

also found the pop up gin bar outside beside the pool

down side was pool didn t open until 11am and closed at 5pm had large tv on a music channel but no music

pool opening time should be longer

great time ,just the lifts a bit confusing at times to find were we were going around to swimming pool

the adult only pool, which was great, some inconsiderate people left their towels on the limited amount of

me and my partner liked the roof top pool the views were fantastic very relaxing

we didn t have the opportunity to use the spa or the indoor pool, which was a pity as it looked amazing

surprised to see young children/babies allowed in the exclusive pool only for level guests

wooden walkways across the pools need maintenance.

the pool should be heated. the pool was cold many people complained

only down fall of the whole place was the cleanliness i found every floor i walked on sticky

pool area was terrible

with no respite couldnt use the pool as it was deafeningly loud

pool floor is made of small stones that are rough and ripped half the tow nail off my little girl

the premium pool was absolutely amazing

check out is at 10am and the open the pool at 10am, very uncomfortable

otherwise lovely stay, worth getting premium room for the use of the vip pool if nothing else

staff at the pool were very nice, they helped my little girl with autism.
