picked this place for three days because they had a pool find out the pool was not open because it needed a part

the pool was closed and it was 86 degrees

the staff was friendly and the pool was open

advertised an outdoor pool but when we got there they informed us it was inoperable

weren't any chairs at the pool to lay on(like a chaise)

to charge a resort fee even tho pool was closed and we didn t use anything else

staff didn t come back to activity requests besides reminding them, pool was not heated in winter

no access to the warm outside pool.

they need a bigger, more relaxing pool

forward to coming back when it gets warmer to see the changing of the seasons and experience the pool and wildflowers

there is a saltwater pool with a nice view

in mind for a spring or summer visit so we can take advantage of the hiking, birdwatching and pool experience

dinner at the conservatory and breakfast at the bistro were delicious

because of the remodeling or the time of year (middle of september), but the pool was (+)was really friendly and my family and i to stay at the pool while we waited to get towed home because our vehicle broke down (+)the hotel had a guest friendly open air interior court with a swimming pool (-)pool was out of order room floor looked clean but did not pass the white sock test some dead bugs (+) has a nice pool, which we didn't use, but a lot of families were taking advantage of (+)outdoor pool, hot breakfast buffet, comfortable bed. (+)complimentary breakfast and the pool (-)afternoon front staff closed the pool for rain, and wouldn't reopen after the storm had long passed (-) after checkin went to the pool which was locked

i live the free breakfast.

loved the location and the extensive breakfast options and hours.

of the top reasons we chose this place was because they said they had an indoor pool and hot tub

is a modern motel, very clean room and bathroom, very comfortable and clean room, pool, very good breakfast

other guests at the pool were unruly

could maybe cover the pump system to the pool with a fence that is not see through.
