the pool wasn't open

everything was great especially the breakfast and pool

the pool was not open (but i understand pools open after memorial day).

air conditioning wasn’t working in the hall the pool was closed without giving guest advance notice the staff was slow to

we would have access to pool to cool down and jacuzzi but wasn't open and no accommodation for that

the pool wasn’t working and they had allot of outsiders using the basket ball court

we were surprised that the outdoor pool and hot tub was available during the winter months

i wish the pool stayed open later. i couldn't get a longer late check out.

i had to say there was anything that needed improvement the pool was less than great

the access to the pool required a waiver and a different card

the pool and the laundry room where i was able to dry my bathing suit

favorite thing was that the pool was outside and had plenty of shade
