pool usually has bugs in it, and the pond behind the hotel is full of litter

we loved the heated pool and grilling area that looks over a pond with lots of birds & wildlife.

pool was not open. bar was not open.

additionally, the walls are paper thin and i was located right in front of the pool area where other travelers decided to go to the pool and party nightly around (10 o’clock)
