pool and access to beach

i’ve been here before, pool is good.

the pool is good and the beach access was excellent

i liked that my room over looked the pool

everything, except the pool, the water was too cold

location- short walk from the airport. arabian nights theme was kinda cool. pool nice.

i liked that they had a restaurant in the lobby that served feee breakfast (eggs, refried black beans, queso fresco, toast, butter, marmalade, cantaloupe and guava (+)did not have breakfast, we did not have time, had to catch a plane. (-)didn t tasted the breakfast, the staff didint help me to change the breakfast for my arrived date, becouse the next (+)breakfast was excellent, atually we only enjoy it the last day on monday but it was very good. (+)the breakfast was simple but good. (-) breakfast is not free

very clean, the stuff was great and friendly and breakfast was delicious

the price paid, continental breakfast should be offered before giving breakfast items then wanting to be paid for the food

it is beautiful and i liked the pools and their beach because they are nice and clean.

feel that the pools needed some cleaning, considering the amount of people in the hotel

nights free since it was all problems with the jr suite since day one besides couldn't enjoy the pool due to the pain i had in my back couse of the fall i had to go see a dr had some massages and

one of the swimming pool without water.

there were plenty of beach recliners for guests and service to the rooms and all around the pool deck was excellent
