service by the pool, especially a young lad called fin who really went out of his way

the facilities and outdoor pool are fabulous.

the shower was powerful and the outdoor pool was such a perfect temperature

the inside pool.was not warm

weren't able to use the pool as the ph levels were off

should have a preprinted map of the area and more information about how to get to other places eg poole

the outdoor pool / sauna and steam room were not working which was a huge shame

really needs an indoor pool

we couldn t keep the window open and don t think it s fair the other hotels could us our pool and sun beds when we paid more than them to say

the hotel and swimming pool was super lush. the staff were amazing and it was perfect

had to go next hotel for indoor swimming pool and was freezing

we used next doors sauna and pool, u can use all 3 hotels 2 had outside pool 1 had inside pool was small but nice for an hour

friendly staff, especially the lifeguards round the pool, who were very attentive and gave our little one a couple of floats to play with
